Weekly Tips: August 14
A must-try this week is the Fogo Island crab from Newfoundland, paired with English peas, which are really nice right now.
Halibut at lunch comes with Ontario artichokes. There is limited supply of artichokes this year, but Chef called a farmer friend to secure them.
For dessert, the raspberry cheesecake makes a perfect light dessert for summer dining in the courtyard. Also consider torrone or the apricot biscotti gelato, which are both Chef’s current favourites.
