Weekly Tips: August 21

This week Chef recommends: 

Fogo Island crab from Newfoundland, paired with English peas, which are really nice right now. 

For dinner, enjoy the Ontario lamb rack with miso, Ontario pattypan squash and potato perogies.

For dessert, choose between apricots stuffed with ricotta or the last of Chef’s white chocolate raspberry gelato.
