Weekly Tips: October 23

A great first course is our beef tartare with red pepper mustard and chicory, which is part of our Autumn Bounty menu. 

For the second, Chef recommends the Ontario beef short ribs with pear Marsala tarte.

End on a sweet note with caramel Ontario Fuji apple and custard sponge for dessert.
