GEORGE offers its Winterlicious menu starting today and running until February 12. Lunch is priced at $55, and dinner at $75.

Chef recommends the following dishes on the menus:

Lunch
• Tortellini Soup — a traditional Bolognese tortellini recipe
• Ontario Golden Beet Tartare
• Duck Confit — Chef’s latest recipe
• Lemon Tart — one of Chef’s regular signature dishes

Dinner
• Burrata with matcha vinaigrette and squash
• Beef Tenderloin with rapini and potato pavé
• A selection of gelato flavours — try Chef’s newest: banana chocolate streusel
